Celebrating our 15th year in business, we are Rochester, NY’s first and longest running mobile service. We are not in the business of reselling parts and do not sell parts directly to the general public. But we have just about everything you may need on the vehicle and bring it to you for service in your home or place of business.

Great service is our key to success. Fast response and quick turnaround times are what is needed in this increasingly more computer-oriented world. Computers are no longer a fun toy to have around but are now an essential part of our lives. We now use them for so many things that we consider it a hardship to be without a computer for more than a day. Most shops want you to drop off your computer and wait up to two weeks for even the simplest repairs. This is unheard of today and impractical. That’s where we come in!

We offer same day service in the Rochester area. We come to you and fix the problem in your home or place of business. If we are unable to fix the problem for you on-site and your computer has to come back to the shop, we will return it to you fixed, the next day - 24 hr. turn around ... and the road trip is on us at no extra charge to you!

You have to unplug everything and then haul it to the nearest location. What if the problem is not really with your computer but another piece of equipment?	We come to you! Nothing for you to do but make an appointment.
Your computer may sit on a shelf for up to 2 weeks before a technician even looks at it.	Same day service & fast turn-around. Most problems can be, and usually are, fixed in less than an hour. For more complex problems, such as replacing a Hard Disk, etc., we will fix it in our shop and return it to you the next day.
You are responsible for backing up your music, pictures, documents, etc.	We backup your data files - pictures, music, documents, emails, etc.
Most homes have more than one computer and taking them all someplace else for service is just not practical.	We can work on multiple computers in the same service call and fix all of your problems in one visit.
You have to remember how to hook everything back up when you get it back home.	We make sure everything is hooked back up properly when the work is complete.
High overhead & expenses. This cost is then passed on to you, the customer.	Low overhead - we have no storefront to maintain, just our vehicles and we pass this savings on to you.
Separate charges or flat rates for each service that they provide even if it takes them only minutes to do.	If we can perform a RAM upgrade, add a CD/DVD Writer, a second Hard Disk or anything else that you might need, in an hour (and we have done so many times in the past) you will only pay only our hourly rate plus the cost of the parts themselves.
